Hello, I'm Carrie Ibbetson. I'm a Registered Dental Hygienist and Oral Health Coach with over 25 years of experience in the dental industry. Working as a dental assistant and dental hygienist taught me one thing: dental offices are busy treating disease and not teaching people the techniques to actually prevent disease on their own. So, I set out to change that.
As part of my journey, I've helped thousands of individuals and families reach their peak oral health, and help them see the bigger picture about WHY the breakdown is happening so they can let go of the shame they feel about the situation.
A healthy mouth really isn’t rocket science, sometimes it just takes a middle person to explain what to do, and help you navigate challenges and questions along the way. Think of me as a personal trainer for your mouth.
I believe that you can do it. And I’m here to help you through the process!
What People Say
"Carrie Ibbetson is one of the best health providers I’ve had the privilege to work with. Her willingness to share her extensive knowledge to better the oral health of others is amazing. Her compassion, understanding and desire to change lives is personally changing my outlook on my dental health. Carrie’s program is worth every cent. My only regret is that I didn’t find her years ago. If you’re struggling with finding the cause of your dental problems and realistic behavior changes to improve your health, Carrie is who you should connect with. She’s simply the best."

"So thankful for Carrie's course, the Facebook community, and everything we've learned along the way. Today after almost a year working on our protocol, we had an assessment with a pediatric oral myofunctional therapist and holistic hygienist ... and NO ACTIVE DECAY!!!!! Praise the Lord and so thankful to have found Carrie. Also NO tears and my son had his mouth open for a good 5 minutes (he's just over 2) - I didn’t even play any videos like I had planned!"
